We honor the Native Hawaiian practice of ocean navigation. Drawing inspiration from Hōkūleʻa, a double-hulled voyaging canoe, our theme design perpetuates our legacy of innovation and relentless courage. As thriving kānaka ‘ōiwi, we are reminded to remain determined and move as one, exude grace and humility, and carry oneself with hope and faith.

As kānaka maoli, we reaffirm the truth that we are part of a legacy that is deep and vast.
